Fried Spicy Tofu Recipe (Đậu Hũ Xào Cay)

Ingredients:
2 – 3 slices tofu (200 – 300g)
200g grinded pork
Salt, spring onion, garlic, ginger, sugar, oyster oil, soya sauce, Magi’s stuff, fish sauce, pepper
Chili sauté
Process:
Step 1: Clean well tofu, slice into small cubes. Heat the oil (2 – 3 tablespoons), bring all sliced tofu and fry until they turn brown yellow.

Chili sauté
Process:
Step 1: Clean well tofu, slice into small cubes. Heat the oil (2 – 3 tablespoons), bring all sliced tofu and fry until they turn brown yellow.

Step
2: Peel off the cover of ginger, mince well with garlic. Marinate
grinded pork with ½ teaspoon salt, a little pepper, 1 teaspoon fish
sauce, mix well and wait in 15 minutes. Here is also the first step to
create the flavor for one of easy recipes.

Step 3: Heat a little annatto seed oil, add more minced garlic and ginger, fry until it is fragrant.

Step 4: Next, add grinded pork into and fry until it is cooked.

Step
5: Use that pan again, add 1 tablespoon soya sauce, 2 tablespoons
water, 2 teaspoons sugar, chili sauté, cook until it boils.

Step 6: Then, add fried tofu in mixture in step 5, use chopsticks to stir well and gently.

Step
7: Add more grinded pork in step 4 into pan, season with a little
oyster oil and continue to cook until the sauce sticks around tofu and
meat. Season again to suit your flavor.

Finally, one of recipes
is done. Turn off the heat, sprinkle more sliced spring onion and
pepper on face of food to increase its flavor. Serving with boiled rice
