Ingredients:
200g mushrooms (straw mushrooms or king oyster mushrooms)
1 – 2 lemongrasses
Chili, salt, fish sauce, Magi’s stuff
Purple onion, coriander, spring onion
Process:
Step 1: Cut off the roots of mushrooms, clean in water added a little salt, and slice into medium pieces.
200g mushrooms (straw mushrooms or king oyster mushrooms)

Process:
Step 1: Cut off the roots of mushrooms, clean in water added a little salt, and slice into medium pieces.

Step 2: Peel off the harsh cover of lemongrass, clean and mince well.

Step 3: Clean and slice chili into small circle shapes. Clean spring onion, smash the white part and slice the green part small.

Step
4: Heat 2 teaspoons oil, add minced purple onion and the white part of
spring onion, fry until they are fragrant. Next, add more minced
lemongrass and the green part of spring onion into pan, stir well and
fry in 4 – 5 minutes.

Step
5: Then, add more sliced mushrooms, fry with large heat and quick.
Season with 1 teaspoon fish sauce, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon Magi’s
stuff, stir well. Fry in 6 – 8 minutes, season again to suit your flavor
and turn off the heat.
