In hot days, my mom usually cooks Stir fried Bean Sprout with Pork Blood Cube (Giá Xào Tiết Lợn) which comes from many Easy Vietnamese Recipes for

My

helps to push away all hairs when they cut and unluckily breathe into

Ingredients:
300g bean sprout
150g pork blood cube
10g spring onion, parsley
Salt, fish sauce, chili, Magi’s stuff, deep fried shallot, garlic
Process:
Step 1: Clean well and gently pork blood cubes with water added a little salt in 2 – 3 times. Next, bring to boil quickly in hot water about 2 – 3 minutes and slice into small cubes.

Step 2: Clean well bean sprout, pick away all roots; wait to dry.

Step 3: Clean and slice small spring onion + parsley.

but from my cooking experiences, you should not neglect when cooking.
Heat 2 teaspoons oil, add minced garlic and fry until it is fragrant.
Next, add sliced pork blood cubes and fry quickly in 2 – 5 minutes. Do
not stir too hard, these cubes will be broken. Then, season with a
little fish sauce, ½ teaspoon salt and stir well. Cover the pot and wait
for 5 – 8 minutes.

Step
5: After that, add more bean sprout and stir well with gently. Season
more with spices to suit your flavor. Cook for 1 – 2 minutes is enough
for me. Turn off the heat, sprinkle more sliced spring onion and
parsley on top.
